How effective is Bottleneck?

Anyone around here know if is there any and if there is, how large is the gap between the maximum performance to the bottleneck-ed performance with Pentium Dual Core (T4400 [mobile core] or similar) by average percentage to modern GPU's such as GT 630 and Sapphire HD 6570

Pretty small. Those are very low end GPUs.
