Dueling dual IPs

Hello,
I have a desktop computer with on-board NIC that uses TWO internal IP addresses without having been configured so. This computer has always been hiccupy when accessed by other LAN devices, which I assume is caused by having two IPs, so it's a bad thing and I should fix it. Advanced IP Scanner shows both IPs, and so does IPCONFIG. One of the IPs shows no Gateway so I guess that's the one I want gone. It is also possible that my ActionTec router is wrongly assigning dual IPs. Am I on the right track here? Any suggestions?

  1. Post the output from ipconfig/all here.
  2. i use to have a simar set up but windows isnt always happy having 2 NIC's connected to the same router so i just use one

  3. Why would I post ALL the ipconfig data ANYwhere? Are you inSANE? I don't wish to invite unexpected guests. While waiting for response, I reconfigured the router to 'force' the offending IP off, only to have the computer auto-request and be re-assigned a higher IP number. I guess it's just got to have two, but the whole network seems faster and happier since then.
  4. Posting the output will not "invite unexpected guests". Like most posters here, you don't have a clue what you're talking about.

Just to prove to you I'm not inSANE, here's the output from ipconfig/all on my computer:
