What to do for my nephews' E3300?

Hey guys,

My little nephew asked for "a video card" for his birthday. He got an E3300, 2GB Ram, a G31 mobo (not sure which, couldn't tell from his specifications) and onboard graphics, probably generic PSU.

I'd love to get him a better PC, but I'm in a tight budget, as I'm having trouble building a new rig for myself. I'm getting him another 2GB RAM, but I'm not sure about the GPU+PSU. I'm looking for a $100, $120 at most combo. Any suggestions?
