No internet connection after uninstalling Avast

I had a hard time getting rid of Avast anti virus after the trial ran out. After finally manually deleting everything my internet gave out.

After checking device manager I now have little yellow exclamation marks next to my Ethernet Controller, WAN miniport, and my Nvidia network controller.

I tried a registry clean to no avail, any help would be greatly appreciated.

under ethernet driver it says that the drivers are not installed code 28.

go and download the Ethernet driver then, from the NIC manufacture and install it.
