Do you think that ARCTIC MX-4 is a good thermal paste?

Its fine. Unless its complete garbage paste it really doesn't make a difference. Looks pretty good and is definitely use that before Arctic silver 5

Yes it is. I have used it before on one of my cards that was reaching the of it's life. It gave me only about a month of life from it though.
