How to do formatting in hp g62 laptop

when i turn on my hp g62 laptop after some time it gose white screen for a long time , what to do?

I could be wrong, but I believe the g62 is a new laptop and should be under warranty. I would contact customer support and see if they can do anything for you.

A white screen could be anything from a hardware problem, to something corrupt in windows due to a bad hard drive, to a virus of some sort. Give us a walkthrough of what you see on the screen (HP logo, windows load screen, welcome screen/desktop, etc.)
