What should I upgrade my graphics card to?

I'm interested in upgrading my PC so I'm able to play games that require a better graphics card.
My system specs are:

Motherboard Name:FUJITSU SIEMENS D2811-A1

Operating system:Windows vista Home basic

CPU:Intel core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz

RAM:3.00 GB

System type: 32-bit

GPU:Intel Q45/Q43 express chipset

First off, what's your budget?
What's your current PSU?

Without knowing the answer to those questions I would only recommend a Radeon 7750 (draws power from the PCIE slot, no external connections) or a Radeon 7770 (requires a 6 pin power connector from the PSU, which your PSU will not have if it's stock).

I am having a hard time finding your motherboard. Please download CPU-Z and see what it says under Mainboard.
