Budget Gaming Build - First Time

Looking for a system to do some decent gaming on as well as schoolwork and web surfing. From the research I've done it seems the key combo is a solid CPU with a strong video card. Looking to minimize cost for nonessentials. How does this combo look?

That's a much better psu at a great price.
