Budget Gaming Build - First Time

Looking for a system to do some decent gaming on as well as schoolwork and web surfing. From the research I've done it seems the key combo is a solid CPU with a strong video card. Looking to minimize cost for nonessentials. How does this combo look?

Here are a couple of changes I'd make
    psu - xfx pro 550w $40 after rebate http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=59615&vpn=P1550SXXB9&manufacture=XFX&promoid=1285
That's a much better psu at a great price.
    gpu - msi twin frozr hd 7850 2gb $165 after rebate http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007MLSGHE/?tag=pcpapi-20

    Also found the i3 3220 for $110 http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=75429&vpn=BX80637I33220&manufacture=Intel&promoid=1285
  2. Beat me to it but I agree with replacing the PSU with that one. Newegg also has it here if you prefer:
