Dell 1390 wireless card disappeared

Hello guys, I uninstalled some pesky toolbar called sweet im from my brothers laptop. When I did so, the wireless card had disappeared. Please help, have looked at device manager, it's not showing there.

Sorry, just to add it's windows vista home edition and i am using a dell inspiron 1520
