Problem related with NVIDIA graphics card

Hello,
i have NVIDIA GeForce 9400 series graphics card around one year older..... problem which i am facing is that on desktop pink and blue dots appear gradually and sometimes screen gets black and than re appear.... when i refresh the desktop the dots get disappear and than again gradually appears.... plz help me :-(

Sounds to me like the Memory on your GPU card is failing. If you can swap the card out to confirm.

when i open my computer without graphics card, the problem does not occur......

It is possible it could be drivers so go through the normal routine of uninstalling your current drivers and reinstalling the latest drivers from NVIDIA. I suspect it is a hardware memory on the GPU failure however.
