BOTTLENECK(s) and or CONFLICT(s)?

I'm planning to buy these on the weekend and what's left from my old rig is the PSU(Corsair CX430).
1.)Would this be an "OKAY" setup?
2.) Can you experts point out the bottleneck in here, and if there's any, what should I buy instead of that specific hardware because my money's limited and is in the range of the listed items. Thank you!![:)]( ":)")
cpu: Intel Core i3 3220 3.3GHz (Dual Core) Ivy Bridge
videocard: Sapphire HD 7750 1gb/128bit ddr5
hard drive: Seagate 1tb (ST1000DM003) 64mb sata
motherboard: lga1155 Asrock H77M
memory: Corsair Vengeance 8gb ddr3 1600 CL9 (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C9)
psu: Corsair CX430 (i have this)
