Help deciding on new video card for MSI 790fx-gd70

Hello, I try to upgrade my PC then I can play BF3 with no problem. My current setup is:
AMD phenom II x4 965 3.4ghz
MSI 790fx gd-70 mobo
8 gb OCZ Black Edition 1600mhz
Saphire HD 4850 X2 2gb in crossfire
Altec 1000W power supply
Windows 7 64bit OS
What is the best video card I can run on this
MSI 790fx gd-70 mobo, or I need to replace mobo to use HD 7870???
