First PC- Are the gears fitting?

I am closing in on the build I want for me. I set out for <$1000 computer, and here i am at around $1250, but i guess that's just how it goes. I wanted to ask the more experienced of you if this build will work. Also, when the gpu and the mobo both have a hdmi port, does this mean that i can connect 2 different monitors via HDMI?
