HD7950-DC2T-3GD5-V2 - windows blue screen

I have a problem with my graphic card, I am using this one HD7950-DC2T-3GD5-V2 , On this graphic card I have turned on three monitors, all of the drivers are updated. But I still got an error about every 12 hour. I got this error:

Have you tried re-installing the video driver ? maybe installing an older video driver version ? sometimes the newest drivers have a bug.
Also you can try to re-install your OS to see if that fix it, if anything create a Ghost of your main hard drive in case a re-install doesn't fix it you can just restore your old OS without much hassle
