my current system is

Intel Core i7 2600k
MSI Z77A-GD65 Motherboard
8GB Kingston HyperX Ram (2x4GB)
Corsair Hydro Series H100(With silverston AP121 in pull as top exhaust)
MSI GTX560ti 1GB MSI HAWK card
Antec High current gamer 620w Modular PSU
Samsung 840 250gb ssd
Samsung 7200rpm 1TB HDD sata2 and 32mb cache
LG Bluray drive

so im thinking of upgrading the PSU to a Seasonic x750/x560 PSU or a corsair ax750 which would be a better configuration. seasonic x750 or x560 or corsair ax750

also should i keep my GTX560ti HAWK? or upgrade to a 660ti/670 or wait for the 760ti/770

i run 2 1080p monitors and i play games like battlefield 3, tera, planetside 2, and so forth.

I wouldn't worry about replacing your PSU and I agree that the 7950 is a good choice. You asked if you should keep your current GTX560ti or upgrade. Does your current configuration work well for what you use if for? If it does, why the need to upgrade at all. If it doesn't, then keeping the GTX560ti wouldn't make sense.
