The Radeon HD 6850 is significantly better than the HD 7750. It uses some more power, so your PSU needs to be up to scratch. It's not a power hog though, and (usually) only requires one 6-pin PCIe power connector.

You will be able to play all of those games with a 6850, but several of them with reduced settings or resolution.

The progression would go something like this from least to most powerful:

5770/6770/7750
7770
6850
6870
6950
7850
7870

In the US you can find all the way up to 7850 for $180, but you will have to check Indian prices.

Unfortunately with your CPU being a few years old, that may be the limiter for playing the newest games. You could get a new 7850 but you'll be lagging a little bit on the CPU for many of these game titles.

So if you want something between 180-190$ you should go with a Radeon HD 7850. ;)

Thanks guys for your quick responses and information.

Can I install HD 7850 on my G41m MOBO and how much Power it takes? Will I have to change my PSU too?

Well, the motherboard only has PCIe 1.1 which will limit the 7850 a little. But then so will the CPU. I'd say only get a 7850 if it's not much more expensive than a 6870 or 7770. The 7770 is comparable to the 6850.

As for the PSU, it would help if you could tell us what your PSU make and model is. But a quality PSU around 500W would handle any of these graphics cards.
