Is my psu good enough?

So im building a new system with these specs:

Intel I5 3570k
16gb corsair vengence ram
seagate barracuda 1tb hdd
hd 7950 3gb
gigabyte z77-d3h motherboard

my worry is the psu i have, its only 450w.should i return it or will it be good enough? i wont be ovr clocking any time soon.

650w would be my idea, but I think a 550w without overclocking will work
