Is this worth taking a chance on for the money?

There is what seems almost "to good to be true" on my local Kijiji site and am wondering if it is a legit ad...would it be worth it to buy this laptop? Here is the make/model: Alienware M18X R2, and here are some of the pertinent specs the person listed in the ad.

The person is asking $650 Canadian (am in Nova Scotia, Canada). So, good people...is it worth it to buy if it's legit? Thanks for all responses.

If there is a warranty maybe, But I don't trust anything Dell makes.

It would be if it was legit, but for that price something has to be wrong with it, unless the person has a warranty for one year on it I would let this one pass.
