i understand your reasoning mostly, but why only 8 gb ram, and why no liquid cooling?

In addition, CLOSED loop water cooling is no good (H60) and is matched by air coolers. CUSTOM watercooling is on a league of its own and offers exceptional performance but is pricy and needs maintenance. Regardless, the Hyper 212 is a very nice cooler he suggested and I would also suggest that cooler to you.
