i am shopping for a graphic card(s) i want to know how much ram i will need in my gpu (2 or 4 gigs) if i am running games like battlefield on 3 1080p moniters

for THREE monitors, you should start looking into a 4GB card.

1 gb will be plenty if your using one monitor. It also depends on your resolution.

Basically, 1 gb will be enough for 1080p, but if your going to be gaming on games like bf3 and the newer titles, you will need more VRAM.

2gb will probably be enough with multiple monitors, but you could go with 3 to be sure.
