Why i7 3770K?

The first build looks great, you can just adjust the PSU to be a modular one like Seasonic 620W or Silencer MK III 600W and go for GTX 670, the additional performance from GTX 670 to GTX 680 not worth the extra $100.

Go with Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM, greens kinda suck.

Overpriced ram, it's 8gb and around the same price as 16gb. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/mushkin-memory-996995

As for mouse, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Amazing mouse, especially for FPS

Keyboard, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Highly recommend this keyboard

I can suggest monitors but need your budget on one, and what resolution you want, and what type of games your using it for, (mmorpgs, fps)

For your build, OCZ Vertex 4 128gb is cheaper than the one you have. You def do not need the i7 3770k for gaming at all. Get the i5 3570k which is alot cheaper and better for gaming. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
