Graphics card..

Hello,
Well basically I want to buy myself a new graphics card but I'm terrible at it so here I am writting this. First of all my computer is a HP SLIMLINE meaning that the case is really small. I have a 250w PSU, 1TB hard drive, 4gb of RAM and the current graphics card is a GeForce 9300 GE. It is a PCI Express x16 and I'm looking to get a better graphics card that can run atleat FIFA 13 (If that is even possible)
