There both good but i wouldn't pick a reference 670 over a 7950 with 3 free games but it's up to you my 670 kick ass MSI's GTX 670 Power Edition uses the famous Twin Frozr IV cooler from the MSI Lightning and comes with a large clock speed boost out of the box, making its default clock speed even higher than GTX 680 stock clocks. MSI is asking $389.99 $369.99 after rebate for their card, which doesn't look unreasonable, given the improved cooling and higher clocks. My cards are 10% to 15% faster then my sons 7950 which is also a great card overclocks decent i bought him Sapphire's HD 7950 Vapor-X comes with a large dual-fan cooler that uses the company's famous vapor-chamber technology. On the Vapor-X you will also find a "Lethal Boost"...

out of those 2 the 7950 is the better deal(NOT A FANBOY)the 7950 is very close to the 670 now with catalyst 12.11 being out but the 670 will preform better in most games but it will worse than the 7950 because it has the stock cooler, hotter, and it's voltage locked which means little overclocking allowing the 7950 to beat it with it's amazong overclocks and it has a custom cooling solution

With this BIOS, clocks are increased to 950 MHz GPU and 1250 MHz memory.I really like his card as well as my cards both are very good bud.

Well, +1 vote for the HD 7950. The free games really interests me to get their cards... I was thinking of getting a GTX 660, but after seeing all this free games from AMD, I might pick up a HD 7850 or 7870 instead.

Definitely 7950. Those are some good games! Also the 7950 is a beast and over time with increased VRAM use will possibly come even closer to the 670 in power.
