Is EVGA GeForce GTX670 FTW 2048MB for $309 - USED a good deal?

Who are you buying this from? A friend? I'd want to know why they're wanting to get rid of it.

I think EVGA starts the warranty from the date of original purchase from when it was new in box, but you do need the receipt showing proof purchase as well.
