add aftermarket cooler for the hot 3770k. as everyone said, 212 evo is the best

if your going to crossfire down the road lower your psu to a 750, add a Hyper 212 if you plan to OC, if this rig is for gaming drop down the CPU to 3570K

I voted good because i7 is overkill for gaming, doesn't add anything over an i5. As downtown says, we don't know what you're using it for, so this is based on the assumption you want performance for gaming. Dropping to an i5 gives you money for a better graphics card (GTX670) and a better SSD (Samsung 840 Pro). Otherwise, looks good.

Yea i know i've decided to get an i5 3570k instead but also this will save me enough money to get the HD 7970 instead of the 7950 so maybe aswell iam going to do crossfirex with 2 HD 7970 so maybe i should get a higher psu ?

Almost any z77 mobo will get you to 4.2 without increasing the voltage. The only reason you need a heavy, overclock-focused board is if you're on liquid, aiming for 4.8 or so.
