Automatically change audio playback device

i'm wondering if there is a way to automatically change the audio playback device depending what monitor the application making noise is on. for example when i watch a youtube video on either of my 19 inch desktop lcd monitors i want to sound to play through my pc speakers. if i play something on my LCD TV through hdmi i want the sound to play through the hdmi to the tv. ive done alot of searching and i cant find anything anyone have any suggestions?
