Dual monitor problem

I have two VGA monitors running on a VGA splitter cable. One monitor needs resolution set below 1600x900, the other needs resolution set to 1920x1080 my operating system is Windows 7, my display card/chip is Nvidia GeForce 6150SEnForce430 please instruct....

A splitter is just a splitter and only accepts one signal. Its not magic . You cannot set different resolutions. You need separate gpu outputs to do that
