My laptop turned off before I charged it, after charging it, when I turned it on, it kept freezing at Starting Windows part. I took out the battery to restart the laptop and the problem keeps occuring. I've tried the normal mode and the launch repair way, but they both end up freezing. How do I fix this problem?

I fail to see what the specs would have to do with this issue.

Have you tried setting bios to boot from DVD with your Windows DVD in the drive, and then choosing repair?

Hi :)

I asked for specs as my company fixes hundreds of lappies a month, and IF i knew the model and specs , it might be a common fault...

All the best Brett :)
