|| Laserdisc player wanted! || -- Please advise... TIA!

Hey guys,
I currently have a pioneer Elite LD player that plays all of my discs.
However, I am looking for a "Backup" player for certain discs that my
player doesn't support and I was hoping you guys could advise on
what/which player I need to find and buy.

I am basically looking for a player that does the following (that my
current player doesn't do):

1) has an optical out option to play DTS laserdiscs.
2) Also supports dolby digital 5.1 (I assume a dts player does this
already?)
3) Allows me to pause/frame advance/slow motion on BOTH CLV and CAV

I would like to buy from someone here or (most likely) on ebay. I really
just wanted to find some reviews on some good brands/model numbers to
look for.
