Any issues?? My first build, Could definitely use the advice

I recently made the decision to build a new desktop that can run games like Dishonored, Skyrim, Witcher 2 at a decent setting. My ideal budget would be $650~ I know that this isn't enough for a top of the line gaming PC but its the most i can commit to this project at right now. Other uses for this computer would be occasional photo editing(photoshop elements 11), internet browsing, and streaming movies. This is what I'm thinking of starting out with:
CPU: AMD FX-4170 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($119.98)
CPU cooler:Cooler Master GeminII S524 77.7 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($32.92)
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($69.99)
Memory: Samsung 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (39.99)
Storage:Western Digital Caviar Blue 250GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.99)
Video Card:Asus Radeon HD 6770 1GB Video Card ($109.99)
Sound Card: Asus Xonar DS 24-bit 192 KHz Sound Card ($38.69)
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.49)
Power: Antec Basiq Plus 550W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($57.99)
Optical Drive:Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($24.98)
Total: 595 + Tax

Like i said im not expecting to run any new releases on super-high resolution but if you could give me general advice or recommendations for this setup, and as far as operating systems go ill probably be using
Ubuntu(or another form of linux im not 100% percent yet) and i already own a monitor i can keep using. I appreciate any help i can get.

More about issues build advice
  1. can you give me the links to check the specs of the items.

do not buy cpu cooler and sound card
  2. I went ahead and added the links to the original post
  3. $32+$38 from sound card and cpu cooler = +$70
    replace the ram with that
replace the cpu with that -$10
replace the GPU with that -$84

    total $605
  4. I know the the cpu cooler comes with the CPU, but is the sound card already integrated into the video card of another component?
  5. the sound card is already integrated into the motherboard.
  6. Gotcha, thanks for the help anything else i should keep an eye on?
  7. everything is looking good now, but if you want to save money you can get a case which includes a psu inside. But lots of them are poor quality you need to find good ones.
