I recently made the decision to build a new desktop that can run games like Dishonored, Skyrim, Witcher 2 at a decent setting. My ideal budget would be $650~ I know that this isn't enough for a top of the line gaming PC but its the most i can commit to this project at right now. Other uses for this computer would be occasional photo editing(photoshop elements 11), internet browsing,and streaming movies. This is what I'm thinking of starting out with:

Like i said im not expecting to run any new releases on super-high resolution but if you could give me general advice or recommendations for this setup, and as far as operating systems go ill probably be using
Ubuntu(or another form of linux im not 100% percent yet) and i already own a monitor i can keep using. I appreciate any help i can get.

I know the the cpu cooler comes with the CPU, but is the sound card already integrated into the video card of another component?

everything is looking good now, but if you want to save money you can get a case which includes a psu inside. But lots of them are poor quality you need to find good ones.
