ASUS HD7950 DCii TOP vs. ASUS GTX 660ti TOP

The HD7950 seems to be alot better when you overclock it, which i am planning on doing. I will be playing on a single monitor 1980x ...

Which would be the best choice to buy?
I will mostly play battlefield 3, not games such as batman or borderlands.

Those are limit of my budget, so a 670 won't be my choice. And an overclocked 7950 peformes the same as an 670 i've read.. So is that the best choice?

CPU: i5 3570k @ 4.2 ish?
MOBO: z77 extreme4 Asrock
RAM: 8gb corsair vengeance 1600 mhz
PSU: Antec high end current gamer 620watt
