Voltage readings

Just built new system and have question on voltages. The
2.5V reading says = 0.31 everything else seems fine. Is that normal? Thanks

Does not look right to me. Is that a bios reading ? My bios readings don't vary that much. Epox EP-8KTA+, Duron 750.

Isn't that the RAM voltage? Something definitely isn't right. What program are you using to measure voltage? Also, what motherboard do you have?
