Need advice on buying a GPU

hi

I am currently looking to build a new gaming PC and i need help with buying a GPU. i want one that is under $400 and that can play recent games such as BF3 and Skyrim on ultra with no problem.

the rest of my build is

Intel Core i5-3570K

8gb DDr 3 RAM

Asus p8z77 pro Motherboard


i would appreciate if someone could recommend a GPU for me

At that price range it's either the GTX 670 or 7970. I don't want to start any fanboy fights in yet another thread.

The non TOP version is the exact same card .... in early production runs the TOP designation meant handpicked GPUs but with the normal yield improvements as the line matures, this has become unnecessary.

1250 Mhz + should be doable on any DCII card at this point.....look at the 1356 screenie below

i got it on sale for $50 so i dont think ill be swaping it out. is there a problem with it though?

No nothing "wrong" with OCZ. Their quality just isn't what it used to be. They've been surpassed by other companies. At that price it's a good buy.
