I am currently looking at:

Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007581QHG

Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0082D58PE

And MSI GTX 660 Ti Power Edition
http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Overvoltage-N660TI-PE-2GD5/dp...

I would like to know:
1. Which is the best card out of the three, accounting OC capabilities.
2. What caused such a difference in price between the first two 7950s?
3. Are there any better alternatives to these three cards, while not exceeding a budget of 300 dollars?
----(Going over ~20 bucks is ok)
----(must be amazon, can't really offord the shipping from elsewhere, I live in Hawaii)
4. Please rank these three cards from the best to worst.

Thank you very much!

1. I'd go for the Sapphire 7950 as well. Best bang for your buck out of the 3 even though, personally I would have gone for the gtx 660ti(personal reasons).

2. Manufacturers choose to take the cards and overclock them along with possible other mods such as fans. Most cards of the same type, such as the 7950, will not be exactly the same between manufacturers. It is their own flavor.

3. Someone might be able to find something, but from looking today, those seem to be about right for ~$300.

4. It seems that comparing Nvidia to AMD can be biased. Even though they are comparable cards, some might find that Cuda cores are better than stream processes, PhysX capabilities with nvidia, etc.

I PERSONALLY would go for the power edition because it offers triple voltage which will allow you to OC further than other non tiple voltage cards but I could be mistaken and you can do the same thing with the other cards as well.

From what I've heard, once you find a card what has pretty much been marketed at an OC like that, you really can't get much more out of it than what you just bought.

Read the reviews. Gigabyte, quietest and coolest.
