What is DRAM Command Rate? (1T or 2T)?

I have 2 x 256Mb Infineon DDR Ram CL2 and it produces lots of errors in Memtest 2.8 when i set the DRAM Command Rate to 1T instead of 2T on my Soltek 75DRV-2 mainboard.

So I would leave it set to 2T for stability.
