HD 7950 Major Brand vs 7950 HIS IceQ Edition
Last response: in Graphics & Displays
So I'm wondering if the HIS IceQ Edition is worth the extra $19. My case has 7x120mm fans and a 1x140mm fan, so do I really need to spend the extra money to keep the graphics card cool? I might overclock the card, but I don't know much about it. Help on both topics (HIS IceQ and OC) would be appreciated ![:)]( ":)")

If you mean the IceQ over HIS's model with a reference cooler, then yes the IceQ is worth it. Having all the case fans in the world wouldn't help when the graphics card's heat can't get away from the card to begin with and the reference AMD coolers kinda suck at getting heat away compared to some of the non-reference coolers.
