My LAN network having Virus Problem

i want to launch server for my office but my pc infected with virus n i no want to connect infected pc to my server as well as i can off LAN network because of continuous running office work , how can i remove virus from my network pc
i am trying to office scan the pc one by one but that not working virus is roaming on my network help me

Either use another PC to download spybot S&D and it's signature updates to a USB drive and then install it on the infected PC, or you can try booting your PC in safe mode with networking and download A/V software that way.

You need to scan ever single PC, and also any file shares you have on the servers. Make sure no-one has a USB drive that is also infected.
