What about a 7770? Or even a 7750? Would they be within your budget? Both these cards are better than the 6670.

Yeah, a 7750 or 7770 would be great if the prices for them in your country are within your budget. If you went with one of those cards you wouldn't even need to upgrade the PSU, saving you some money. Even the 6670 will run on your 450w.

is this your psu?
http://www.zebronics.com/products/gold-series/zeb-450w-...
It says it has only 16amps on the 12V rail, so thats only 192W total, (most of the power hungry stuff in modern pcs use the 12V rail so thats the important one). 7770 will draw round 80W tops, so that might still work...
the 6670 would be fine on your current psu.
however the 6870 suggested above draws around 130W when gaming so there wont be much power left for the rest of the system, and I think it wont cut it...

so 180W
that should still be enough to run either one, but it's getting close to become uncomfortable in the long run... PSUs lose some of their capacity over time especially when loaded close to the their limits, so you might still be looking at a psu upgrade some time later on.
