New build still needs gpu

hey guys so i ordered the core components of my new build last week. still waiting on the shipping but should be here thur or wed. anyways i need help deciding as to which gpu to pick. i can order it online as soon as this friday as its my next paycheck and ill have some spending money.

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: internet, games like skyrim call of duty assassins creed dayz, movies and shows

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: can someone explain this to me? i only want a single gpu
