Hey guys, This is my pre built system:
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883109038

Its a COMPAQ Presario CQ5210F

here is some info:

CPU - AMD Athlon II X2 215

MOBO - PEGATRON CORPORATION NARRA5 5.00

Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE Integrated Graphics

Im pretty sure it's got a 250W power supply.

I want to add in a Radeon HD 6670 so i can play better games at higher settings.

Here are some benchmarks of the card:
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/613

is a 250W psu enough? will i experience bottlenecks?

OH i almost forgot, I'll me playing games at 1336x768 (My max resolution) on my Compaq VGA monitor. I don't mind playing at 1024x768 either.

How much fps can i expect to get for games like Diablo 3, Black light retribution, etc?

Thanks.

HD7750 will give you better performance at lower power than the HD6670 (55w vs. 63w). Downside is higher cost ($100CA). http://www.hwcompare.com/11734/radeon-hd-6670-oem-vs-radeon-hd-7750/ It looks like your case takes a normal size video card (not low profile) and that will save you some $$ when you price out your new card.

250W PSU should be plenty for a 63W HD6670 plus your 65W Athlon II X2 215. Even if you OC the video card you should be fine. The HD7750 would give you a bit more power headroom, but the 250W is still plenty for the HD6670.

You will see a huge difference with the HD6670 vs. your current 6150 SE Integrated Graphics.
