Motherboard Chipset Confusion!

So; this is the first time I'm upgrading my computer, ever. I'm very troubled as to what to do, sort of :').

Basically, I'm looking at a SAPPHIRE Ultimate Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Video Card;

My current set up is Intel I3 2120 3.30GHZ, 4GB DDR3 RAM, and a pathetic 280W PSU. The PSU will have to be upgraded obviously, which I'm looking into Corsair 500W PSUs so there is enough power for future upgrades.

This is the part i'm stuck on.. My motherboard is a H61 chipset, I know this is quite old, considering the amount of new technology. Will I have to upgrade the H61 to make the whole thing compatible, or just concentrate on going for the new PSU/GFX card as planned?

There's no need to upgrade the motherboard. That video card works with motherboards based on a much older chipset than yours.

The H61 chipset was released Q1 2011; therefore it can't be considered as quite old.
