Corsair H80 radiator fan fitting

i would like to know in which way i should place my h80 radiator fans.my case is corsair 400e with 2x120mm front intake,bottom 1x120mm bottom intake ,2x120mm side intake and 2x120mm top exhaust currently my radiator fans are placed by blowing air out from the radiator (i.e)the 1st radiator fan is directed towards the heatfins and the 2nd radiator fan is directed as exhaust.so the 1st radiator takes the air from the case and the 2nd radiator fan acts as exhaust is this config best?refer this link for my fan arrangement http://photoupload.org/images/68892967292429787895.jpeg this is the way how my fans are arranged

i brought this 4x120mm case fans for my 400r case .i fitted two at the top as exhaust and there was already two at front as intake and 1x120mm at bottom as intake my doubt is i have another two fan remaining to fit at side of the case to achieve lower temps should i fit the fans as intake or exhaust since my core temps of 3570k is 40c on core0 and 39c on core1,core and core3

Your temps seem good, I'd consider putting one of the fans as intake and one as exhaust.

are u saying the first upper one as intake and the next one as exhaust?

Personally, I'd go the other way since hot air rises, bottom as intake, upper as exhaust

perfect mate ,and i put an another 120mm fan which is near psu as intake.
