  1. Well, have you considered 3770k and LGA1155 mobo?

Yes, but an LGA1155 mobo does not support the CPU I want to get, I want to have 6 cores so I can use multi-core rendering in AE CS6
  3. ^ i thought he is doing some professional work

6 cores worths the price :)

AE CS6 favors nvidia card.... mercury playback engine is exclusively for nvidia

AMD lags far behind nvidia in video processing... i bet you already knew about this :)

please check similar priced quadro card or even mainstream gtx 670 will still better than AMD in video processing (dont look at my username)
