First Time Builder Question

Hey all, this is my first ever build... My old prebuilt is getting quite old and am in need of an upgrade. I will use it to game primarily, not looking for SLI, and will do minimal OC'ing. However, I have never put one together and need to know how I did. Here's what I have, mostly from Newegg. I do not need any monitor, keyboards or mice. Just the core components and an OS.

they are the real overclock mobo

they are the real overclock mobo

I thought the main difference is the extreme supports multiple GPU's? I will be using only one. Correct me if I am wrong

Only thing I would change is the cooler to a 212 Evo like AMD said

*UPDATE* Hey guys, I ended up getting the build and it doesn't work with the video card. It runs, the fans come on the card, and it looks fine but I am getting NO signal. I took out the video card then updated MOBO and installed windows 7 from the built in motherboard. I then tried putting back in the card and it still fails. I see that the card requires MINIMUM of 450 watts could that be it, I need a bigger PSU? Please help!!!!
