Hello,

I bought a Palit GeForce GTX 560 Ti Sonic Edition. After putting it into my PC, I booted my PC but there is no display. My old card was a Palit GeForce GT610. My specs are:

i3-530 @ 2.93 GHz
Gigabyte H55M-S2
4GB DDR3 RAM
450w PSU

I am aware that the minimum requirement for the 560 Ti is 500w but I have decided to ignore that. The manual also states that there must be two 6-pin power connector cables connecting the card and the PSU. I have only one cable plugged in so I would like to confirm if it is the problem?

That is your issue for sure. The card needs more power.

If your PSU doesn't have a 2nd 6 pin connector there are 2*MOLEX to 6 pin converters you can use to power the 2nd.

I'm assuming there's a reason you choose not to plug in that second connector, might that be it?
