I want to enable hybrid sli 8300 with 8600GT

I have Asus (M3N78-EM) Motherboard. onbord NVIDIA GeForce 8300 graphic card
that support hybrid SLI technology. Now I upgrade my PC and nvidia geforce drivers 306.23
plug one more card Gigabyte 8600 GT 512 MB DDR2 that also support SLI technology
but the problem is hybrid SLI not working.
PC config.
Motherboard: M3N78-EM
RAM: 4GB DDR2
Processor: AMD Phenom II N950 Quad-Core
Graphic: NVidia GeForce 8300 512 MB
Gigabyte 8600 GT 512 MB DDR2
