I want to mod my case

I've got the Thermaltake 10 GT. I want to mod some stuff on it not 100% certain on how to do this stuff.

The one panel. I want to increase the width of it. There's not enough space for coords on that one side where coords should be put for good clean looking case. But, this one hasn't enough space for coords at all. So, increase that sides' width.

Secondly, I'd like to replace the large fans this case came with. Was curious if anyone knew really good fans to get in place of these ones. They're 200mm fans with 3 with lighting. I'd like to have green lights on them or none at all don't really matter.

I'd like to find a good thermal reader. Something for the front. All that I've found use the useless as *** tiny little readers you actually require putting under your heat sink. Those things suck I've tried them before so wondering if there's one's that plug into the mobo?

Any other ideas for mods that'd make this chassis a bit nicer? Perhaps HDD bays. the hot swap base are plastic and garbagey so wouldn't mind replacing them. (the lock doesn't really work since you can remove the front of the case and unlock it without key.....)
