So here's my current system:

AMD FX 4100
ASUS M5A97
Mushkin 8GB DDR3 RAM
ASUS Radeon 5670 1GB
Coolermaster (Or Crapmaster) 600 watt extreme Power plus (Apparently it doesnt even do 600 watts, closer to 400)

And upgrading with:

MSI Radeon 7870 OC Twin Frozr 2 http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=69586&vpn=R7870%20Twi...
XFX PRO750W 80PLUS SILVER http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=62224&vpn=P1750BNLG9&...

From what I can tell it should all be compatible, correct? And the wattage on the new PSU is sufficient?

Yes and yes, if your case is large enough for the 7870, and you don't need the slot next to the pci-e.
