Graphics Card Question

Sup guys, im really looking into this graphics card but I have a problem. Im not too sure if my computer will be able to successfully run it. The graphics card is the a Radeon 7870. All feedback will be appreciated.

My current specs are:

Processor: Intel Core i3 CPU 550 3.20GHz

Mother Board: Dell Inc. 0C2KJT A00

Ram: 4GB

Power Supply: 650watts

Well it should be able to run it but what is the PSU brand? A link to it would be great.
