My brother recently got a new computer for christmas. I've built plenty of computers before so I'm fairly sure all the connectors and cables are in the right places.
The issue is that when we turn the computer on, the cpu and case fans start, the disc drive lights up, and then five or six seconds later it beeps and shuts off. It starts itself again and repeats this cycle for a while. Any idea what the problem could be?
